I got some Codes!!!

Ok, my 1998 T/A i just bought is throwing 5 SES codes. Here's what i have:
P0113 IAT Sensor High Voltage
P0463 Fuel Level Sensor (the stealership didn't connect the wires back when they replaced the fuel pump for the previous owner)
P1111 IAT Sensor Intermittent readings
P1404 EGR Closed Position Performance
P1539 A/C Clutch Feedback High Voltage

I have no clue what to do with these. i replaced the IAT and the EGR with no luck. It is still throwing the same codes. The car only has 47,350 miles on it so the SES light is driving me nuts.
