how to get EVAP monitor ready?

Hey guys i have to go through emissions, and my check engine light came on, the code was reading banks 1 and 2 running lean... i cleared the code and now have to wait for all the monitors to "complete" here in CT we are allowed 2 not to be complete... and i have 3 not complete, the secondary air systems, cat, and evap are not complete... before i had the evap complete but then my check engine light came on as soon as i got to the emissions station... talk about bad luck!
anyways, how can i get this EVAP monitor to complete??? any tricks? i have put 160 miles on the car since i cleared the codes... and still noting... before when all the monitors were ready i had about that mileage...
any help would be great, thanks.

no one has any suggestions?? the car now has 230 miles, and the evap is still not ready...

I believe you have to let your gas tank get below half empty. I'm searching for answers for the same problem now too.

HMM did you fix the lean condition? Usually if both banks show lean, that is a bad deal.. You probably have a dirty/bad maf, or a failing fuel pump, or clogged filter ect..
