Which tuner would you suggest?

Which tuner would you suggest? I am going to be getting my car tuned for a new cam/exhaust setup and was wondering what mail order tuner yall would suggest, im stuck between two different tuners...
1. Trifecta performance - They send you a plug and play program with no removal of your PCM, easy and $175 for Lt1's....
2. MadZ28 - I see alot of people using them, they charge only 125$ but you either gotta do a core exchange or mail one in and wait....
There are pluses and minuses for each...
Price, down time, and quality are all important....
Paying the 175$ and the easiness is nice, but its 50$ more then mz28
Mz28 is 125$ but i gotta do a core exchange (125$) which will set me behind on funds for atleast a week....
any opinions?
