What should I log at track ?

What should I log at track ? Going to run my car Friday nite at track for the first time 
I have EFILIVE Scan v7.3. What should I log at the minimum? I have LS1edit vers. 1.3.
And still haven't learned exactly I should log or what to change lol. I have a pretty good tune in it now. (someone from here sent me tune a couple years ago, can't recall who it was) And with a little tweaking on shift times and such I like it so far. I know thiers alot left to tweak thou
