Has a few codes pop up...any advice?

Has a few codes pop up...any advice? P0160- Passenger side rear O2 sensor. (shouldnt be a problem since I had the dealer replace both O2's due to rattling.
P0650- Malfunction Indicator Lamp Control Circuit. (I have no idea on this one)
-This could explain the reason why my SES light fades in and out, but how do I fix?
P0801- Reverse Inhibit Control Circuit Malfuntion (Explains the reason it so darn hard to get it into reverse at times) Again how do I fix?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
