Cant you use HPtuners editor on multiple computers??

Default Cant you use HPtuners editor on multiple computers??
I tried having my brother load a file on my liscensed car and it kept saying no liscense? What do you have to transfer?

you have to use your cable. with his computer, he needs to ping the cable to sync with it. and he needs your key code.

Even though their EULA may or may not say 1 computer only, you can load the software on unlimited computers. The cable holds the key to the licensing. You must have some other software issue.
