Cant you use HPtuners editor on multiple computers??

Cant you use HPtuners editor on multiple computers?? I tried having my brother load a file on my liscensed car and it kept saying no liscense? What do you have to transfer?

Even though their EULA may or may not say 1 computer only, you can load the software on unlimited computers. The cable holds the key to the licensing. You must have some other software issue.
