Been swapping a 2004 GTO LS1 into my 95' 240sx and I just found out the PCM is different. I have a 2000 LS1 harness and a 2000 corvette PCM.

My question is will the 2000 harness and PCM work on the 2004 motor? Or is there a difference between the 2004 and pre 2004 LS1?

I searched, but had no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

 

yes,
'00 f&y bodies used the 9354896 pcm.
'04 gto uses 89017739 pcm
it should work though after the pcm connectors are repinned.
check the pinouts for both and find the differences.

 

Would an 05 Corvette LS1 be the same 89017739 pcm?

Connectors on the harness are all the same but the pinouts at the PCM are different?
