pinout difference between 98 and 02 ls1

pinout difference between 98 and 02 ls1 i put in a 02 motor,trans, harness and computer in a 98 body and now i need help ,,, what wires do i change? fuel pump is not kicking on, gauges not working, hell the car wont run, lol.. anyone know what to do to make it work?

You will need to re-pin your 99 engine harness to mate up to the 98 harness inside the car, its the connectors that pass through the firewall on the passenger side.
