catalytic converter is going bad...probably starting to plug up...hear any rattles or anything under the vehicle? smell rotten egg like? that is a catalyst below threshold code....usually points right at the converter! try that....get an aftermarket cat for about 80.00 as opposed to 250.00 for oem. If you put it on and clear the code and it dont come on, great! if you put it on and clear the code and it comes back...you are only out 80.00 bucks but at least took care of the cat!
