How can you tell if it is pulling timing? My mph seems to be pretty low at the track, just trying to think of anything that could be the cause of this. I went 1245@106, 7.86@85 with 1.63 60'. I had the same trap speeds before I did anything to my car.

Autos generally trap low for their ET compared to a manual.

Autos generally trap 80ish mph stock, 85mph isn't really that low for your current setup IMO.
