I have installed a 3200 stall this weekend and everything was fine before the install, i have a tr224 cam and ls6 heads.
It seems like only when i first crank up and drive, reverse or froward at low speeds it will stumble and surge, when coming to a stop it does the same thing and most of the time stalls out.
when its warmed up completely i have no problem at all

and im using efi live
