Wannabsscamaro

This past week i installed dart pro 1 225 heads and a crane cams .551/.551 .224/.224 camshaft in my 2000 A4. I needs help with the tune or atleast a tune that may be close...the car has full bolt ons along with the H/C..before the heads cam it ran 11.94 at 114 when i ran it this past weekend its didnt want to stay running after my burnout and the rpms seem to want to surge from 500 to 1100 then it will settle down after about 20 seconds....it went 11.93 at 116...IMO it should run quicker then that...i want to ask if anyone has any ideas what to do with the tune (just bought HPTuners) and what adjustments i should make to get it to idle right and maybe run better
