Completely stumped this issue/problem... I'm having an electrical problem...Security light is always on...lights and fan stay on after key is removed... electronic transfer case is shifting by itself too...anyone know what the culprit could be?...

...it's a 2000 PCM..silverado with a custom corvette engine.....last night my OBD II port completely fried the $49 scanner I had plugged in...entire IC shut down approx 2 miles from home....everything got reeeaaally hot...
What are some possible culprits?....
