Wacky VE??

5.3L 228 cam No other mods other than a K&N filter/intake tube

I tuned my VE with the maf turned off. Copied the high octane spark table to the low octane table. I got all the cells that I hit on within +- 2 and even repeated this two other days to be sure everything was within +-5.

So when I turned on my Maf (set fail frequency back to stock) now my long term fuel trims are +15 to +17%?

What's up with this?

Do I need to calibrate the MAF or something?

you tuned the ve table now, now you need to tune the maf table, in all honesty its pretty damn easy

Log Error of the VE. The Hz of the MAF. The Commanded AFR.

What PID is the error of the VE? I can't find this in HP tuners.

I guess I just alter the airflow to frequency table til the fuel trims come back in. Right.
