Predator axle ratio change

Predator axle ratio change have an 02 Vet and have tuned it w/the Predator. I will indicate how much I don't know by this question.My wheels in front are 17 & rear are 18. If I change the tire size in the Predator tune to 19 & 20 respectively, will that result in my stock 3.42 rear end run like that ofa 3.90?
