Default P0135,P0155 codes

My car has been running like crap the past week so I went and got it scanned and I'm throwing the infamous P0135, P0155 codes. I thought these two codes wouldn't affect how my car drove but when I start accelerating it feels like it misses every second or so (cutting out) and when my converter locks up it feels even worse. I'm not really sure what to do considering those were the only two codes that showed up, no misfire codes or anything like that so......

Did you already check the ENG SEN fuse for an open?

Ok, it's not the fuse, took my car to my buddy and he scanned it with his tech2 and it's def. my o2 sensor heat circuit. It's not heating up fast enough and I guess is throwing my fuel trims all to hell. It seems like the sensors never get hot enough for my car to run normal.

I've seen on here many guys have this problem and try new o2 sensors but that doesn't fix the problem. I'm going to get new sensors but I guess I need to talk to my tuner and see what he has to say about the issue.
