Need Help!!! ATAP, LS1 edit not recognizing computer!!

Big problem. Went to get my car dyno tuned today...ATAP and LS1 edit were not recognizing the connection with my PCM when connected. Is it possible that one of my wires are fried?

I'm going to do a voltage test on the wires (I believe there is 4 of them). What should the nomal voltage read on the wires that go the PCM port in the kick panel?

Please help!

Check the lighter fuse, as this fuse supply power to the OBD connecter

Unbelievable! My lighter fuse was dead, you sure that this will fix the problem? Thanks for the reply!
