Default Paging Supercharger/LS1Edit gurus...

From researching on how to properly tune a forced induction setup, it appears that many people don't seem to want to post exact maps... mainly timing. I can understand this as several of you actually program for a living and it doesn't really make sense to take food off the table, so to speak.

What I am asking though is for someone to take a look at my .LS1 file and at let me know if its at least safe to use until I can get it on a wideband and do some additional tweeking. I just dont want to blow up my first FI project

I'm not concerned with the Injector Flow Rates. I'll take care of those when I have it running. Right now, I'm finding so many different numbers for the SVO 42# injectors, I just decided to pick a percentage somewhere in the middle of the percentages people are using. I've seen them anywhere between 15x% and 18x% and went with 175% to use as a baseline.(183% is the actual difference if the SVOs are actually rated at 43.5psi)

What was done in the file:
P0300, COT, CAGS disabled
Fans adjusted for 160 Tstat
MAF limit raised to 17000
MAF scaled to 512 g/s
Rev limit raised to 6600
Abuse Mode raised to 7000rpm
Max Torque raised to 700
IFR rates adjusted by 175%
PE vs RPM raised by 5%
IAT-MAP Timing set to stock 00 F-body values
H.O. Timing Lowered
L.O. Timing Lowered

If someone is willing to take a look, I would greatly appreciate it. As I stated earlier, I'm just looking for an opinion to see if its safe to use for starters.

Thanks,

You will also want to raise the DTC1514 table - I would go from 200-400% (basically it "expects" a certain airflow, and if what it reads is over that limit it throws a code - with the blower you go wayyyyy over that limit - so you need to increase this quite a bit).

Other than that the list looks fine - if you upload the file somewhere I can download it from I will take a look at it (just email me the link. I am on a slow satellite connection right now and anything sizable will get bounced).

Thanks Chris. I'll e-mail the link to you.

I also scaled the DTC1514 by 300% across the board and then maxed out the 12 or so cells that didn't change with the scaling(from being beyond the bit range).

MAF scaled to 512 g/s

Did this increase its reading range?
What did you do to accomplish this?

This one is a pretty good link.

https://ls1tech.com/threads/showflat...mp;o=&vc=1

There are a few more others that can be pulled up with a search but this one covers the scaling pretty well.
