Default P0171 Code and Vacuum leak?

Just today my SES light came on and when read I got the code P0171. I've read that this could be the MAF or a vacuum leak and it does sound like I have a vacuum leak.

What are the common places where I would have a leak? I have already replaced the small hose going from the PCV to the intake manifold.

Interesting you should post this, i was about to do the same thing.

My WS6 constantly sends the Ltrims max lean and sticks there all the time, at idle or part throttle or anything and today it threw the 171 code for the first time. doesn't really "behave" like a vaccum leak but I dunno. Guess both you and I are curious to see who's had experience with this one.

Glad to see I'm not alone on this one. lol

I read somewhere that if you use a K&N air filter the oil can get the MAF dirty and cause it to throw this code. I just put a brand new K&N filter in my car Thursday so that might be it. I went to Auto Zone and had them clear the code. I got some throttle cleaner and I'm going to try to clean the MAF tomorrow and see if the code comes back.
