also, both of my long term fuel trims are as high as they go and my o2 sensors aren't working some of the time. Could this all be related to the o2 sensors or what else might it be?

First off any U codes are very common with any reprogrammed pcm's and will eventually go away after a certain amount of restart cycles. So don't worry about them. For the other code are you still running an egr setup or did you delete it. If deleted simply set this code to no error reported. Also as far as the fuel trims go make sure you don't have any kind of a vacuum leak post maf. Do you have a wideband. Please post an edit file or log with a list of mods would be helpful in getting you in the right direction.

all my mods are in my sig, I don't have a wide band and the motor also runs very choppy. I'll try to get a log up when I get time. Any other ideas would be great!

ltfts could be high because the egr has created a huge leak. that can also cause misfire.

I'll look into that as well. Does it look like the o2's are both bad as well?

i do not know what you are scanning with but the refresh rate sucks most of the time.
if your o2s were dead you would most likely have more codes like po133,po134,po153,po154 but not nesisarily.
they are probably telling you the truth. sometimes a high voltage code will set when the pcm is dumping all the fuel it can and the trims do not come in line. o2 sensors then get replaced only to find out they were really just doing there job.

I'll try to get a better scan rate if I can when I tune, and I am really new to this so I'm not sure what all that meant but for the record I don't have air or egr anymore, and they are to my knowledge both tuned out.
