I got the damn low voltage knock sensor showing on the dtc but i just changed it a couple of days ago and the code is still coming up. The car seems to be running fine, but that damn light is still there, and i made sure i didnt pinch ne line or wires on installation. what could it be. Oh yeah also throwing p0138 and p0158. but i got o2 sims on the back o2s?

 

How old is the harness? The harness goes bad on these cars easily. I had the same issue on mine. Sounds like that is your issue if the sensors are new.

The car will run fine but you will not be running the full timing. In PE (mainly WOT or high load) it will also pull out the max allowable retard in PE.

 

Ok thanx I was leaning towards that pcm harness as well , i think ill have some shop rewire it for me. U think that might cause the p0300 random misfire code to come up, cuz i got brand new coils, spark plug wired and plugs and they r all well connected, so when i get on the freeway at about 55mph the light starts blinking
