100MM Maf Tuning
Ok guys, listen up. I have a 441 that I have a 100MM throttlebody on and the 100MM TSP maf. The question is about tuning the maf. We've tried to use the rough table sent out with the maf but it didn't seem to work very well. We created our own table and it's much better but it just doesn't seem right. It seems kind've lazy.......that's the only way to describe it?! Anyone have any sugestions for me? Traver

Oh......I forgot to mention that on startup you have to open the throttle blade just a touch to clean it out and it runs horrible in open loop. Once in closed loop it runs pretty decent. Thanks in advance!

How are you tuning it? If the MAF table is off, there is no way that you are reaching commanded fueling at WOT. You must be "PE tuning" WOT.
This MAF doesn't tune any different than any other, tune your VE first. I like to set the OLFA table to command 13 and set PE table to command 13 and make up the MAF's table using AFR error, but there are other ways to get it done. You can do the bottom portion and then tune the top against PE, but it will leave a little area in between in the curve. That is why I start at 13 across the board (and low WOT timing).
