Tps? I have a problem with my TPS. If I plug it in it will not rev up. If I unplug it, it will stumble a little bit but it will rev up. I have checked my wireing as it is a custom harness and they all go back to the correct pins on the pcm. The TPS is off of a 72mm truck throttle body, and it was put onto a l92 intake with the 90mm Holley Throttle body. The tune was for a stock 6.0 truck intake. Don't know if any of that info helps but I can't figure out why it won't rev while its plugged in.
Connect a meter to the TPS to see of it is reading correctly. It is a basic pontentiometer. With it plugged in and key on, you should have about 0 volts going back to the PCM and 5 volts at WOT.

Come on some one has to know how to fix this!!!!
If I unplug the sensor it will rev up kinda sluggish but it will, If I plug it in and try to rev it, it will climb 2-300 RPM and then shut down like it hit a rev limiter. Then it will start to surge for 5-6 times and then level out. Is it something easy dumb ground, PCM
