May need some help... ...I have converted my 01 Z06 to manual steering and brakes,eliminated the heater/AC/traction control/ABS/active handling an air bags!(since this was all missing anyways-theft recovery rebuild)The plan was to just leave these connectors unpluged.
I am still going to use all the stock wiring harnesses/ecm and bcm and cluster,as well as retain the PW/PDL/PM etc.
I was thinking i would just always have codes and live with them...but will this prevent the car from being able to go into full power mode?
Any thoughts?

I think active handling and air bags will give you problems. I don't think the car will run without the air bag system working.
You should give Phoenix Racing a call since they remove all of this stuff for T1 prep cars and know how to work around these issues.
