Why wont car start?

Why wont car start? I have recently put in a ARE 422 motor in to my car, its a 99 SS camaro, I cant see to get the starter to engage from the key, I bypassed the relay circuit with a wire to the selenoid and it fires right up and idles fine, I tested the relay it works fine, I got power to pin 87 and continuity to pin 30 which goes to the starter, pins 85 and 86 I get nothing? no power, no ground........ any ideas?

Re: Why wont car start? ed wright pcm, it didn't work his that locked crap computer, so i over wrote it with a stock 99 camaro file, and disables VATS and a few other codes. I am now getting some other weird codes as well P1635 P1639 and a few others I will post later if I find the problem
