Default wideband problems....

Well i have a dynojet wideband commander. And just recently its not working properly. It is reading correct at cruising speed but once you go wot, it pegs out to lean. I know its not running lean cause the first time it did it I was spraying it, so i killed the nitrous. Did another wot pass and it read 18. So I turned the bottle off, purged all the n2o out of the line, and let it just hit the fuel. Still pegged out lean but was obviously running rich as hell, popping and sputtering. I have checked for exhaust leaks but can't find anything. I have the sensor mounted about a foot behind the collector. Has anyone else run into this. I checked the sensor today and it was clogged or anything, but could it be going bad? I have had it for about 6 months but have only put about 400 miles on the car since, but did buy it used and he had it for 2 years. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like a dead sensor.
i had the same problem, fine at cruising speeds then under
acceleration it went unbelievably lean.
you would feel it if it was hitting 18afr.
FWIW my sensor was 9 months old at the time.

A dead sensor might be my problem as seen here, which is very similar to yours.
I'm going to check with a buddy's LM-1 today and see if that's it.

that part number has the exact same connector that the dynojet wideband commander uses.
its different than the connector that Innovate and other use.
