How do i log data with LS1edit?

How do i log data with LS1edit? Hello all!
I just finished up a custom rear mount on a 00 vette and am using ls1edit to tune with. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to log engine sensor data or view realtime.
i'm able to change the flash file all i want but i'm ready to start doing pulls on my dyno and cant tell what the ecu/sensors are doing.
ive reviewed some threads and the instructions from carputing but nothing i've read answers my questions after about 3 hours of research. Help me please
