How do you decide
How do you decide Wanted to see, whats the decideing factor when you choose a tuner, reputation, locaton, or them being a sponsor on the site, and what if someone had a shop out of their home with all the equipment needed for tuning would you use them ??

Thats a good question. It really comes down to what you feel comfortable spending your money on.
Who offers what - you can check with the local shops, forums, word on the street, etc... Good to know what you have to choose from before you make a purchase
Interact with the vendors - Ask some questions and see how and how fast they respond to you.
Take it for a test drive - This gives you a chance to see the products first hand and opportunity interact with the support staff and other users of the product. There are significant learning curves associate with EFI tuning - you want to make sure you have a support base that suites your needs.
