HP Tuners issue

HP Tuners issue I am always reluctant regarding posting this type of issue on the net. However after a week and a half and not so much as a courtesy email to let me know what the status of my order is I fealt it my only option so that I may get someone, anyone to respond. I placed an order on Tues. the 12th for an update. I wanted to add a vehicle year to my already existing HP Tuners software. The next day I hadn't received an email update as the website instructs that I would so I email them with my order number (116092). I got a response from a gent named Jay Payson stating that it was sent to the developers and that he expected something back from them the same day. I left it be until the following week and then emailed them back asking for an update on my order, I got nothing. Now here it is Mon. the 25th and still not a peep. Their software is second to none but it does me absolutely no good to use it if I cannot get what I order or even the courtesy of an order update after a week and a half. I hate this because I do truly love their software. If anyone has any suggestions on how I might get them to resolve this please let me know, my second email to them has still not been answered and there are no updates posted under my profile on their site. If it is not resolved then I guess I am stuck having to learn anothers software.

I've emailed Jay regarding this new update, for older serial interface users we need to compile a completely new software build since the licenses are in the software itself with the older interfaces which takes quite a bit longer than our MPVI users process.
The newer MPVI interfaces allow you to simply order credits which are processed instantly.

Please log onto www.hptuners.com in your account and download the latest software, your new license is in there! Sorry for the delay, it’s on my end, we were without power a bit due to this hurricane.

Bill and Jay, thank you for your responses, they are greatly appreciated. I double checked but can't find anything other than the one email Jay. Don't know what happened there. The bottom line is that you guys came through and I really do appreciate that. I hate going to the net over such an issue but I hope you can understand. I will do as you requested and again appreciate your response. I do truly love your software, it is a God Send. Any time line on the Dodge stuff for the Hemi as of lately? Thank you again.
