Default Car struggles at WOT

Sometimes if I'm rolling out from a light with a little throttle the car stumbles like it's jerking then goes. A couple times I've tried to hit it WOT from a very slow roll and the car just kinda rolls along for bit, then just kicks in really hard and goes

I have an 2000 A4 T/A with 226/226 .591/.591 113LSA cam and all other bolt-ons. The car is tuned a little. My question is, is there something I need to change in LS1Edit to compensate for the new cam? May this problem be tranny related? Does anyone know why it's so sluggish , then all the sudden it kicks in hard?

TIA

Get a torque converter-btw does it does this in higher speeds or does it act sluggish from the get go?

It only does this from the get go, and from a small roll like 5-10 mph maybe.

From a higher speed the thing screams when you go WOT

One thing I noticed while driving it today is it seems to want to shift and such but it doesn't, if that makes any sense.
