so i used my hp tuners to scan my car as i did some thrashin to tryand figure out why i have a hickup between 5000-6000 rpm. car pulls hard any other rpm but up around in there not so much an dif u listen closely it sounds liek its skippin beats. i have done plugs, wires, fuel filter, pcv as far as tune-up stuff goes. here are the scanner logs maybe some oen wil see sometin that i dont. just trying to figure out if its just the tune or did somethin in my vavletrain die. thanx no KR was found and as fo rthe a/f ratio i dont have a wide band. i did adyno back in spring and it wasn't too far off so i adjusted it then. i stil ha dthe same hick-up that day as well. and also i just swapped out my o2 sensors as well.yeah any one will ned the hp tuners inorder to look at it
Well, without even looking at your logs, what's done to the car? Heads, cam, valve springs, etc.
If you have a valvetrain instability, it usually shows up in this area and you get valve float/flutter which would kill your power.

The first thing I notice is that at higher rpms your throttle position is actually decreasing. You're going from 100% down to 94-96% throttle. Not sure how much of a difference that will make, but talk to Joe Gibbs racing about how much less power a partially closed throttle body makes.
