can you install hp tuner on two computers?

ok so i guess we lost the disc for hp tuner. i down loaded the newest suite and it wont connect to interface i can view my bins but not save them. iam putting it on my laptop which has never had it. can i even install it properly with out the disc or what?

 

All you need is the installer than can be downloaded from your customer page, and your proper credentials during the beginning of the install. All though from what you describe above, you may need to go through the USB troubleshooting process to make sure that the USB drivers are working properly since it seems to have a problem connecting to the interface to retrieve it's license data.

Yeah you need to install the drivers on each computer as well.

I just had to do this yesterday on my laptop because I had a HD failure.

 

installed the drivers still having problem with interface. there must be something wrong with the cable or something. if i have all the software then it must be electricl now. some times it has trouble conncting on the other pc
