My dad has a stock Zo6 and wants to keep it stock. Alot of people have told me the stock tune is pretty conservative. We are at about 5,100ft in elevation. How much power could he get from a dynotune?

You could probably pick up 10-15 RWHP with some tuning.
Though the 2002 Z06 timing curve is considered somewhat 'conservative', the real gain in any tune lies in properly attaining the correct AFR for maximum power. I.E. 12.8-13.2 at WOT.
A tune would ensure that under WOT the engine is not overly rich (or lean), and perhaps some additional gain could be made in enhancing the timing curve.
If you have the extra bucks to tune it and someone is capable and willing to tune it properly, it is probably worth the money.
Good luck, it is a nice car even 'just stock'.
