CHECK GAGES light come on during acceleration?

CHECK GAGES light come on during acceleration? I just noticed recently that sometimes when I accelerate at part throttle my "CHECK GAGES" light comes on for two seconds then turns off. 
Any ideas what this is? The only PCM tuning I have is LS1Edit firmed up my shifts, adjusted shift points, and reprogrammed for my 3.73. I have a Vig3800 stall, Hooker LTs, SLP Raspmouth, intake, and gears. Now my trans is going out slowley 
could this be the cause of the light?

Re: CHECK GAGES light come on during acceleration? I've seen a loose ground cause this exact problem... Check all your grounds in the engine compartment.
Also, a malfunctioning alternator could cause the same problem...
