Here is Ken Kelly's description from the 8.28.03 Edit archives- " New Throttle Cracker Frame. These parameters are used in 2001 and
later PCM's to hold the Idle at a fast idle When the car is moving, and
you let off the gas.
". FWIW. I don't see how this differs from the RAF table - Which is supposedly corrected in v1.30?
