Spread sheet to determine injector size.

Would anybody have the excel spreadsheet that you use to determine fuel injector size? Used to have the link to one but it is among the missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you would like i have one similar to this so that you can buy new injectors larger than stock and determine the values to put into the pcm for it to run fine.
