Default Question about wiring and Pcm

Ok I am finishing up on a project that I have been working on for a little over 6 months. I put power to my car for the first time. Here are some things that I have done looking for a little insight on some things that I noticed.

Relocated the fuses boxes.
Relocated the Battery
Added Gauges (Electric Fuel pressure, Boost and Wideband)
Added Electric Boost controller.

Here are the questions that I have

Also please keep in mind I have not Hooked the PCM up yet.

1. Fuel pressure gauge when I turn the key on does its calibration mode and slowly goes all the way to 100psi is this normal? Fuel pump is not coming on so It is not getting any fuel reference. I am really trying make sure that the gauge is hooked up correctly.

2. All gauges were hooked up to the same power source and the same ground will this cause any issues?

3. When I turn the key on the left turn signal light stays on and then when you push it down it blinks severely slow, what causes this.

4. Do I need to just plug the PCM before I start trying to see what issues come up?
