Default Brighter headlights needed, help

I searched a little and couldn't find much. Everything I found was for 98+ and I have a 94.

I don't want to put alot of money into my headlights, I just want them to be a little bit brighter.
Whats my best option? Give me all suggestions that are reasonable.

getting an hid kit for your low beams is WORSE than driving with your high beams on for other drivers. don't do it.

What about Sylvania Silverstars ??....I've never used the sealed beam type but the composite silverstar bulbs are ALOT brighter than standard halogens

That's right, HID's in non-HID housings suck, there's zero beam control.

Silverstars work well.

It looks like they don't make SilverStar headlights for the '94 Firebirds. So sad...

But wait! On my dead '94, I have a set of european housings with H4 lamps, I think they're 95/135 watt. $70.00 plus shipping get them and I'll include the high temp sockets for them.
