those are just the extreme basics and still you're already at the budget. that's the minimum suspension required to make any use of the power, and you still don't have track wheels/tires, not to mention the countless little parts that will spring up.
also what compression is the 454? what kind of cam specs? is it a boost friendly motor? nitrous friendly?

10k could get you a texas speed build longblock 408 and a moser 9"....enuff said...lol
