you most likely have a spark plug problem what you can do to check get a spray bottle and mist the plug wires with water while the engine is running if it starts spudering you know it is the spark plug wires are bad.
sounds like what is happening when it rains moisture is getting under your hood and you likely have some bad spark plug wires and it is causing them to missfire.
if you do it at night you probably will be able to see them arking when you spray them
