1997 V6 Project

As of right now my Firebird is completely stock other than a Magnaflow exhaust kit, what should be my next move to improve its performance?

If you want to keep it a 3.8 check out www.firebirdv6.com and www.v6fbody.com.. But for starters get a set of headers, lid, and gears..
