Headers Help I'm looking into buying some used Hooker headers but one of the tubes has a dent in it, would this affect performance? Can this be repaired?

That dent is pretty minimal. As I said before, your running at a very low hp level (low flow rate through those pipes) the turbulence that that dent will create will be VERY minimal and will have little/no effect on your power levels across the board.... I also agree that you should blast/repainted them though (not related to the ding). If you are still concerned about the ding, get the dented primary red hot at the dent and run something through there to expand it. USE THE DAMAGE/CORROSION AS LEVRAGE AND GET A GOOD PRICE ON THOSE THINGS!
