Default help!!###

I just recently traded for a 97 firebird formula A4 convertible. I'm confused about the original color. There are indications of it being red before however I'm being told that these did not come in red. I've also been told that they were only 41 made. Can anyone clear this up? Did they make the 97 formula A4 convertible in red?

Thank you

Look at the RPO tag in the glove box. Down at the bottom there is a code
WA then 4 digit number this is the cars OEM color code.

I'm not seeing any tag or anything with identification codes. Could it be anywhere else?

on my 99 the RPO sticker is on the driver door. I don't know if things where different back in the earlier 4th gens that would put it somewhere else.

Maybe this link will help you. It has codes and colors. Bright Red was definitely a color for all Firebirds. You will see your code there.
