Update: Problem with brakes
I was having problems with my brakes, especially after high speeds, i would feel like my car was sort of jumping or something weird like that. I was told my rotors were warped and ordered some slotted and drilled rotors. I bought the kit on ebay and so far they feel great, they also look pretty cool.
I did not paint the calipers yet.

Brake issues after hard braking is usually due to pad fade. Some pads lose friction efficiency when hot.
If you do heavy stopping from high speed, you'll probably benefit from EBC's Yellow Stuff pads. They seem to bite better when hot.
Also, if you brake hard a lot, keep an eye on those rotors. If you see them cracking around the cross-drilled holes, they're junk. Replace with blanks.

I followed the break in procedure that was included with the kit. I'm just crusing the car for about 500 miles to let the brakes, the new transmission, and new clutch break in.
