Hazard Lights and Turn Signal Problem
Hello Guys! This is the first time I attempt this, in fact i just registered a couple of minutes ago, and the main reason (other than the fact that i love this LS1forums they have helped alot) is that Im having a tiny problem with my car i seem to not be able to fix, the problem is really hard to explain on text but i figured i would record the problem and upload it on youtube and let it be self explanatory, anyways. Ill leave the video here:

I hope you can help (the First 30 seconds are the important ones) with this problem. Not just me but others that might have problems with their car. (Sorry in advance is my first car and my first problem with it.) I will tell you what i do know: One of the lights sockets has been replaced because they lightbulbs in them are diferent, one has a bulb with a circular Chrome base, like the bulbs on the tailights, (which is the one that does not work) and one that has a bulb with a black rectangular plastic base (Which works fine). I also know that this cars had a problem with the whole unit melting alowing water to enter and eventualy getting the socket and bulb rusted. doesnt seem to have that problem. I dont want to replace the whole unit yet.
Thanks Again!

It's impossible to diagnose this issue unless we know what you are doing inside he car while the lights are flashing.
It also looks like your driver's side is the one with the wrong socket and bulb in it. Some of the circuit components will need the proper bulb/wattage in the socket for things to run properly. I suggest putting the correct socket and bulb in the driver's side before diagnosing things further. (That could fix some of your problems.)

That is because you have the wrong bulb in there.
Both filaments should only be on when a turn signal flashes when the headlights/parking lights are on. If both of the filaments never light up together, that points more to the comment below.
I think you have a short in the system, probably because your replacement socket was wired incorrectly. Somewhere the turn signals are shorting out to the parking light side of the circuit.
