Hi guys, time for the experts. So my '98 TA started doing this weird thing. If I drive it some where and crank it within (let's say) 30mins it misses and loses power for a couple minutes but then straightens itself out. If I go somewhere and let it set (let's say) an hour or more it's fine. Thoughts?

I've changed plugs and fuel filter. It has a Racetronix fuel pump that's about 3 years old also.
