Hey guys thanks for viewing. I'm having some low voltage issues that I'm currently troubleshooting. Pulling 4 codes; P1518, P1546, P0443, P0449. The vehicle turns over fine but will not start. I'm thinking it is the TAC module that is keeping it from starting. After wiring inspection, I'm wondering which circuits this grounded connection serves (See Photo).
