Default Changing end links?

I have a 2000 WS6, and recently replaced the front and rear springs/shocks..I have a very annoying squeak still coming from the front end...The sway bar looks like it has recently been replaced...I have only had the car a few months. I did notice when I was installing new front brakes that the sway bar end links rubber was very bad...Would those cause all the squeaking? When im driving slow down our road, it sound like an old box spring...even sitting dead still, I can turn the steering wheel and hear it...Its embarrassing. Are the end links pressed in? I didn't really look that good when changing the brake pads out...

End links for sway bar are not pressed in, very easy operation to replace, Google sway bar end links and you´ll see pic of how they look like. From the description i doubt it´s the end links. Since you get the noise even when not moving. Pick a friend and let him move steering wheel and you go out and locate the bad noise.

if they are the OE its possible they are bad, I would try loosening them as wall as the sway bar mounts (at ride height) to reset the geometry if this hasnt been done already. the older equipment may have set at a different height than the new equipment so the other components need to be adjusted for the change. this would be especially true if you lowered it, but its possible from stock to stock as well.

to answer your other question, no they arent pressed in and are relatively easy to swap out. its essentially a long bolt with some metal spacers and washers to sandwich the rubber ends to their mounting points. so they are pretty easy to swap out or in this case adjust. most likely your new springs/shocks have created a bit of a bind with the sway bar mounts and or endlinks and it just needs to be reset as mentioned above

I had the front end aligned when I replaced the front and back coils/shocks...It had lowering springs on front and back, but I had them replaced about a month ago..Im going to replace the end links for sure, as the rubber on them are cracked...Wasn't sure if those would cause much squeaking or not. Im 90% sure the sway bar was replaced in the last yr or so, as the paper tag is still stuck on it...
