Default 92mm maf question.

Gonna be swapping to a 92/92 fast intake TB soon. Is it a waste if I stick with the stock maf? Or would I be able to take full advantage of the 92/92 if I upgrade the maf?

For your mod list, the stock maf should be more than fine. It's actually a lot more capable than many think. The only reason I upgraded to an 85mm maf is because i was able to buy one super cheap. Well that, and i was able to recalibrate and tune the Maf tables myself. Outside of that, I wouldent worry about a larger maf until your around the high 400-500 rwhp. Technically, you could do it before that point, but it will not provide much of a gain...If any. Plus the tune.(mandatory for a MAF swap). If you want it, go for it. Just tune all your mods at once. Use the 85mm z06 maf, its the easiest option. Good luck

Do it. It’s silly not to. Those mafs are cheap and can be worth a few hp in that situation. Especially if you’re going to retune anyway
