Deathlythestral

I have a 95 Formula that will have random days where it doesn't want to crank. Typically, I can turn the key back and forth quickly and it will eventually start. Yesterday, the wipers decided to randomly quit working, windows wouldn't roll up, and the radio went out. Shortly after everything came back on for a bit and then it did it again. Any ideas?!
